Damaged Cat's Eye Frame

This beautiful cats eye frame is NOT suitable for glazing.

It can only be used as a prop.

A major tragedy! Unfortunately, this gorgeous “cat’s eye” frame has seen better days. At some point it has been broken then pinned and stuck together again!

One can understand why…..it has beautiful curves on both the front and sides. Lovely delicate trims, again on both the  front and sides. A pristine clear crystal bridge, which is quite rare on a frame of this age. What is not to like?

The damage makes it impossible to glaze, so the frame can only be used as an accessory.
