RX1 - Classic "Wayfarer" shaped plastic sunglass

The shape of this uni-sex frame is based on the iconic Ray Ban sunglass. Very similar in shape, but for a lot less money, this frame comes in two sizes, 54 x 20 (RX1) and 57 x 20 mm (RX2) and in two colours, black with grey lenses and brown with brown lenses.

Although best known as a sunglass shape, these frames make perfect prescription glasses. The “Retro” style being very popular at the moment. Both the RX1 and RX2 are suitable to take varifocal lenses or photochromic lenses.

The skiers amongst you might like to consider putting in “polarizing” lenses to help eliminate glare off the snow, making moguls much easier to see. This might also help with the “morning after” the après-ski glare, although there are better ways of doing this!
